Every time I call Capital One & speak with their CS group I get someone in India that doesn't understand what I'm saying & I honestly don't understand what they're saying either. They lie & say their name is Charlie or Bob when we all know it's NOT. I've been hung up on by them a number of times just b/c I ask if they could repeat their question! That's NOT good CS! I'll be cancelling my card soon and please note that I've had it for nearly 5 years now! The company wonders why they're having issues - just a hint idiots - review your CS department! They're horrible! Outsourcing to a country that doesn't speak proper English & can't understand it IS NOT THE ANSWER!!!
