Walmart Money Card
Not able to activate card

I called the amount to trigger. They'd not recognize my birth-date. I attempted online, and was informed i required a bill from fourteen days before that I'd trashed. The way in which this card works is absurd. You'd believe a business as large as walmart might develop a much better card.
