Citi card sent me a notice informing me they where growing my prices to 0ver 29%. Their state was centered on a-one period just late fee which was 5 days late. Not because of my cost but a safety update in my own payment program. They did permit me the "opt-out" option motion.

I called, mentioned the broker couldn't realize why i obtained the notice and stated repeatedly again, possibly I had been improperly studying the notice or it had been a mistake. When I pushed that I really could study and please check, after 4 units to be on-hold the broker returned about the point and apologized the info was proper and may he provide a credit or something to preserve me like a client. I relayed that

If my curiosity would improve to near to A - 30% rate subsequently no I had been not involved and required that i "opt-out".

Two days later I obtained an extremely educational "heads-up" from my learn card, which advised me the "new national regulation and rules" wouldn't improve my RATE on current amounts.

This makes me surprise - based on the "FRESH national regulation and rules", that are not being transmitted towards the community, DID CITI CARD TRICK ME into opting-out prior to the the authorized day of THE BRAND NEW national regulations???
