I've experienced a CitiBank Visa card for over 15 years with exceptional credit. Additionally, some years previously Citi bought my Sears card - that we have kept for almost 25 years, again with exemplary credit, and which presently includes a zero stability. More, Citi bought my mortgage quite a while before, that will be 15 years in, and again, exemplary cost report.

A few weeks previously a cost to my Citi Credit card published *1* business-day overdue to my bill. Citi instantly set my consideration into standard standing and lifted my prices to 25%.

Recurring emails to Citi wondering if my history like a original customer had no showing within this were merely fulfilled with recurring responses of the "plan" that any cost received late instantly leads to standard status - no conditions or thought for how overdue the cost is obtained, or long-time great client standing. The only real concession they created was to inform me that I just needed to spend the elevated price for six months in the place of 12 before my consideration was repaired to present position.

Our ultimate message for them was to point that because of their rigid as well as in my estimation, unjust guidelines, I'll be paying down my Credit, shutting both my card balances, and replacing my mortgage elsewhere, the moment possible.
