She called to lower my Citi card Interest rate on my current Citi card, plus any other card that i had with Interest rate obove 10% Once I stated that Citi Bank had no knowledge of of anyone selected to contact me on lowering my current rate, they disconected my call. I felt it was a scam and needed to be brougth to someone's attention.
