I have written before about Ocwen. Now my brother was forced in bankruptcy to keep Ocwen from foreclosing on his home. There is 20,000 owed on this home, they say 24,000. It apprases at $69,000.
They are trying to take it for 20,000. Not for not paying, they refused payment. Ocwen Bank I know are walking a very thin line and I am researching every resource available to prove that. You would think they invented back door ways of ripping individuals off. They didn't and they will come down in time.
I have even ran into lawyers who do not want to approach them. They say its because of the enormous amount of money involved in fighting them. Where does justice come in? Is justice only for the coporate world, the same corporate world they bring down every day. There has to be lawyers out here willing to take on this company simply because what they do is unethical, it just ain't right.
Our payments were made, they refused payments forcing the house into their forclosure. I do not comprehend how in this country a bank of all things can be allowed to do this to so many and not be called on it seriously.
