This company asked me to send $49.00 because I was pre-approved for two credit card. (Mastercard and Visa) I sent them the money and the check cleared the bank. I have never recieved the cards!

I sent this company a check for $49.00 on 8-16. This was a fee for pre-approved credit cards, Mastercard and Visa. The check has cleared my bank and I haven't recieved the cards!!!
