Litton Loan Servicing
This organization is unscrupulous! I feel like we're dealing with Loan Sharks. Help, we need to start a class action law suit against this organization. What they are doing is wrong!

I cannot believe this business is getting away with everything they are doing to all these consumer's. How many times does one need to resubmit documents to these people. This is just an act of stalling the process in helping out customers.

I have been submitting the same documents to this company (in hopes of getting my loan modified) since August. I am now in the stages of a trial modification. I made my first payment to them with a Cashier's Check from my bank and sent it off priority mail - certified return receipt. This way they cannot say they never rec'd it.

The first payment was do beginning of September - They received the payment August 17. I wanted to make sure they rec'd it in plenty of time. Today's date is Sept 14. I rec'd a call from Litton that I did not send them completed documents and if the missing documents are not received by August 19 they will be sending me back the 1st payment (cashiers check).

If they have record of receiving my check on Aug 17, why did they wait so long before contacting me about incomplete paper work. I sent them all these documents for the trial modification on July 30, Certified mail return receipt. So they had plenty of time to contact me but it was deliberately prolonged so that I would default on my end and void the trial modification and go back into foreclosure for the 10th time.

These people try to pull every rabbit out of the hat! Unbelievable. I will resend the missing documents to them again... And probably again, and again... They really make me want to drive to Houston and hand deliver my missing documents in person with a total account of each document they received from me and back it up with proof; my camera! Then, just in case, I should camp out in their parking lot for about a month - this way if they need anything else I'm right outside their door, after all... They do have a habit of misplacing documents on a regular basis and maybe they will let me come in and train their people on how to be efficient on how to do their work and handle files... LOL.

After reading complaints about other trial modifications. After Litton Loan received the 3 trial payments from thier customer's that they are still being denied and still being foreclosed upon. I find it very unscrupulous on Litton's part. This is a scary thought because I don't know what will happen after I have completed making all 3 payments. What will they come up with next? I have cooperated with this company and I'm not going to take no for an answer. I will fight because I was taken advantage of with a subprime loan.

We really need to start a Class Action Law Suit against this company. What they are doing is wrong and no one is stopping them! Aren't all the complaints posted all over the internet not proof enough that something is seriously wrong? The FTC really needs to get involved here and start doing something before the people decide it's really time to band together and be heard. Why is the FTC not doing anything yet? This company needs to be investigated. When it comes to statistics; how many modifications have been approved and how many have been denied by this company. It seems like everyone has been or is being denied... Why do you never read anything positive about this company? Think about that? What does that say for itself.
