Fairbanks Capital is up to the same old stuff. Their still putting my payment into Suspense Account. Then cutting up the payment by taking out their bogus Fees before appling anything to the balance. I have seen no reason for this Comapany to change their business tactics.
And as for a Website that has been gone for a while but now has resufaced under another name. I would be careful what information is given to them. I hope I am wrong but it looks like they have been bought off. If you have anything to say to anyone concerning Fairbanks tactics say it to the FTC, and a Good Lawyer.
This Fight with Fairbanks is far from over, they have used fraud to take a lot of money from a lot of good people. And as far as I am concerned I would like nothing better than to see Fairbanks put under and the people involved with them go to Jail. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't think a few getting their minds changed by have their account payoff, is going to change my mind.
This is not over until all who have suffered at the hands of Fairbanks has been repaid. Remember we did not ask for this fight but only to be treated fairly. Removing the Owl from the logo is not going to change this company. But Closed for Business and Going to Jail will.
