The company deactivated my debit card, because they said someone with the same ss# was using the card. The someone was me, my husband, and a student card I purchased for my daughter. While trying to makke a purchase, my card would not work, it had $400.00 on it and my purchase was $66.00, after the cashiere called, she found my balance to be as I told her. They then told her someone else was using my card. A few weeks earlier, I bought a parent student pack where I put my middle name on the card, because I use it the most, and my daughter's name, which has a different last name. The cards were activated, and the same day, I put 400.00 on one and 100.00 on my daughters. A day or so later, we could not use the cards. We were embarassed in the store, plus no one would even hear what I had to say that I was the same person on the same card. I had proof, but no one cared. Walmart debitcards are NO Good. Especially when a personh puts more than a $1,000.00 a month on the cards. They have no loyality for the customer. I wish, Sam Walton could see how messed up walmart is. He would rise from the grave an make things like thy use to be.
