Ocean pacific investments, tom jacobs, K scott cummings Said he was gonna buy us a house but need 1500 dollars down and then disappeared. I have not heard from him again

This man and compny is a monster. He says he helps people buy houses all he asked fr was 1500 dollars... Sent him the money and he disappeared... His parner by the name of tom Jacobs said he was in a bad accident and may not make i but there is no report i have been able to find on line. Do not give this monster any of your money... Please email me i you know where this monster is
