I was given the name of Jeff Mott by a realitor. Jeff contacted me and he asked me to give him some information regarding how much I make per year, per month, and how much I thought I could afford for a house. Then he said I was approved for $95,000 and that I needed to send him a check for $2,500 as a down payment. I put a stop payment on the check and sent him an e-mail stating the same.
