I've recently shut my charge card because of the poor support along with a late charge utilized on my consideration that we think shouldn't have already been billed.

I often produce all my funds early and much more compared to the minimal cost amount needed. Our declaration with due date 8-3-09 did not have any disclosure of the cost increase. The declaration with deadline of 9-3-09 only indicated:

On 8-10-09 I created my typical allocated quantity of $100 towards the consideration.

On 8-14-09 I delivered a contact via the Chase.com safe email wondering why my cost had risen to $127.00 from $52.00 the previous month. I had been motivated to deliver this mail when I had no notice of this type of change to-date.

On 9-3-09 I was assessed a late fee of $39.00 for being late, even though I had made the payment on 8-10-09, and no explanation as to why the mailed statement had an increase minimum payment increase.

On 9-5-09 I contacted the credit card 800 number only to received a very blunt explanation of “you were late and I cannot do anything about the late fee.” I found this individual rude and inflexible when trying to present my level. After being informed I had been “talking in circles” I requested to consult with a boss. I had been used in Sherry T in Springfield, MO. Although she was a lot more skilled and that I don't have any criticism apart from she suggested the only means she might return the late charge was if it had been a lender mistake.

And So I shut my consideration and certainly will proceed to shut my balances with Pursuit where moment I'm financially capable.

I received no notice of the elevated cost quantity, easily had one more $27.00 on 8-10-09 to prevent the $39. Late charge cost on 9-3-09 wouldn’t function as the problem.
