My name is Kelly Baker. I've been receiving after-hours calls in the Dept. Of Training. The first one was on May 21st at 9:30pm. I spoke with somebody there. I had been informed they'd contact the dailing department. And have it fixed. Plus they explained how sorry these were also it wouldn't occur again. On August 25th at 10:30pm my kids and myself were woke up from the telephone, it had been the U.S. Dept. Of Training again. I named them 24 hours later when I needed to get right up at 5:30the next day, once more I had been informed how really sorry these were which shouldn't be occurring. They explained they'd record it towards the dailing department again and obtain it mounted. I had been informed it'd not occur again. At that point I told them the things they were performing was illegal. I had been advised to create them aletter. And so I did. I acquired the Next telephone call at 9:38pm.By this time around I had been truly angry. I takled to some lady called Alisa who stated oh were are sorry etc. I requested on her chef and was transferred to some lady from the title of Lisa. Who also explained how sorry she was it'd not occur again etc, etc, I am confident you receive the image. Well she did not like my tone of vioce and hung-up on me. And so I called back and requested to get a supervisior, a lady from the title of Nicole investigated it aswell. And explained the same. Please enable me. So what can I actually do? Who are able to I contact to obtain help with this particular. If this really is occurring in my experience this several period there's got to become others with this same task occurring in the same organization.
