Capital One Credit Cards
Charged $29 late payment fee on bill of $2.18 mailed 9 days in advance! Posted 1 day late to incur late fee.internet

I paid a credit card bill of $2.18 by cheque 9 business days before the due date and was charged a $29 late payment fee! The payment of $2.18 was posted 1 day after the deadline. I refuse to give them access to my account for online banking since I don't trust them to only deduct the proper amount. If it happens once more, I'll cancel my account with them.
