Ripoff

On 6/02/03, CIC Credit Monitor debitted $79.99 from my checking account at Ulster Savings Bank without my knowledge or authorization. On 6/06/03 I noticed the money missing from my account and inquired at my bank. I recieved the information about CIC from my bank and attempted to call them. A

Fter being put on hold for over 45 minutes, I gave up. I investigated the CIC Credit Monitor using the internet and found many complaints against them at usacomplaints.com and the usacomplaints.com web site.
