I have been reading a lot of the reports that was sent in on this company and everything that i read was true and I was thing that I was the only one having problems with this company but after reading all of these reports this really don't make any sense that a bank is doing this to peoples who are working hard to try to have something and they are try to take it all away because of their own greed.
I started out with a simple loan from another company I was paying on time didn't have no problem with that company I was with them for about four months, then I got a letter from this company OCWEN telling me that they had brought the loan from the company. I was thinking everything was going to be the same. ALL HELL BROKE, still sending my payment as usual I get a letter after three or four months saying that I was those many months behind I knew that was a lie because I had all my receipts. When i call to find out what was going on i got all kind of run around, never got to talk to the same person twice it was aways a different person and still is.
I found out that the payment was going to a different address that was still a part of ocwen but they was not giving it to the right peoples and that made all payment behind which is not my fought. Now it all kind of late fees, other fees i never heard of before add on from this company. This is not right what is wrong with these peoples.
This the way they get their money by ripping people off And for you employee who are defending this company you are stupid but i guess you'll say anything to keep a job. And the ones that are nolonger an employee and still defending them what is your problem.
