Make a payment of 30.00 a month or pay 360.00 and get a new card balance transfered. Saint Cloud Minnesota

I was given a credit increase the same month my card was canceld. I should not have to pay for a increase when the company new it was closing. My balance should be less that 300.00. A special offer is a rip off I dont want another card pay and then its canceld.
