I was charged 3,000.00 dollars for a forensic audit report, I was informed by a broker who signed me up for the same that the company was ripping customers off. I contacted the company for a complete refund and return of financial documents asap. Charles refused to do this as well as returning documents claiming his company has already started prossing my account. He denies any wrong doing. Refused to return money or documents to date. I have found out today that this company has filed for bankruptcy on 6-22-09 I signed my check on 6-23-09. A full day after he has filed for bankruptcy.
