Ocwen tried to foreclose on me, it went to court the Judge called them morons and thew it out of court. Since then I have sent them a lot of money to be told I have legal fees to pay. Why the legal fee's I won the case!
I ma in a wheelchair and I collect social securty disabliity and this company knows this. All they wanat is to foreclose on old poor people.
I am constantly haressed by them, in fact they are to smart at all because when they bought mortage they did not take the prev. Owners off and it is showing as a lean on my home and it is not.
Ocwen is trying to Rip me off and I am at my end with them, and what ever any one doe's never send them a post dated check, they do not know the meaning of postdated. And will deposit early just to mess you up. I know it happened to me 2 times.
