Hey, I only found this place last week. I need help. We have been standing up to New Century / Ocwen Federal since 98. Judge denied their motion to foreclose, this was after a year and a half battle over force placed insurance. We have much information to share with you all about just how bad Ocwen/New Century can be.
Right now we are asking that anyone with any info that might help us please contact us. We need this today if possible. We are fighting them in Florida Courts. Could use any info on Florida cases, Pinellas/Pasco info would be great.
We have stood up to them at much cost to ourselves for these years. Even when lawyers said give up. But we believed someone has to stand up for the many, many poor people they throw out of their homes to steal their equity every month. We believe their actions are criminal not negligible.
We would appreciate being put in touch with any lawyers out there who are familiar with cases. We are also making a documentary of this. Anyone with video or information that would help us we would appreciate it.
We would really appreciate contact from any Ocwen employee who was fired from Ocwen when they tried to do the right thing, we know of several out there but have no way of contacting them. Paranoid I heard mentioned. Well, wonder why and what it's worth?
Please don't let Ocwen / New Century get away with this any longer.
