On June 23.2009 I contacted Grant Masters about a charge that was on my account. After speaking to a young lady about this charge she informed me that she was making sure that the money would be put back into my account and to give it seven to ten business days. I have been calling after every ten business days.
Everytime I call no one there seems to know the anwer to why my money is not on my account. But I did manage to get a young lady who said her extension was 451 and that she would make sure that the money was returned. After ten days I called back and asked for 451 and the young man said he could help me.
This young man said he would make sure that I get my money refunded and that the account would not be charged in the future. I informed him thats what the lady at 451 said and I closed that account so that they couldn't take anymore money. He told me to wait seven to ten business days.
Now it will be one month on 07/23/09 since this refund has been getting back into my account. Like I told them I could have walked to where ever they are to get my money as long as it has taken them.
