Bank of America refinance department - Refinance Home Loan

To whom it may concern:

On Saturday June 6 Mr. Darrell Henry called me at approximately 2:00pm CST. His call was to inform me that he had been appointed to a new group of individuals that are tasked with the goal of contacting in-process applicants to expedite the closing process. He further requested that I fax to him our entire loan package so he could start the refinance process all over. I was enraged and completely frustrated with BOA. Simply put, we started our loan application on March 17 with Ms. June Bergly. After receiving loan package my wife and I fulfilled each and every document request, excluding insurance declarations page, an oversight on my part, and returned package to a Ms. Heather LaGasse/Whitaker located in Tennessee (?). Our submitted package was complete. Remember that fact.

I began calling Ms. LaGasse/Whitaker to inform her that I inadvertently left out insurance declarations page. She said no problem. I then requested a possible closing date, because I knew our package was complete and all the processor needed to do was to verify receipt of appraisal, etc. And then submit to underwriter. After not hearing from her I called and left several messages. No return call (s).

Toward the middle of April I kept calling and got Ms. LaGasse/Whitaker on the telephone. She had record of the appraisal having been received and that it was in underwriting. She said BOA was swamped with loan refinances and she could not give me an anticipated loan closing date. I informed her that our loan package was complete and should sail through the process if only someone would take the time to underwrite it.

After numerous failed attempts to get Ms. LaGasse/Whitaker on the telephone I eventually contacted Ms. June Bergly and strongly voiced my dissatisfaction with BOA and the handling of our refinance. She made the usual excuse that BOA was extremely busy and that everyone was during the best they could. She asked for my patience.

I next spoke with Mr. Aaron, last name unknown, Ms. Bergly's supervisor, to complain. I'm certain all this is in the record.

That brings me to the Saturday conversation with Mr. Henry. Pay attention now! He informed me that because BOA is so busy a special group was created to help expedite loans already in-process. Next he requested that I fax to him our entire loan application to include updated documentation of ALL statements, etc. Now you get the picture. I angrily asked him to retrieve our original submitted COMPLETED APPLICATION WITH DOCUMENTATION and he would have everything he needed to move forward. He said he did not have access to the original file; therefore, to move forward with our refinance we would need to re-submit EVERYTHING; UPDATED, of course.

Now therefore; david l. Barlow and cheryl j. Barlow do herby demand that bank of america cease any and all work on our loan application, if any, and send us our appraisal, which was paid in full at time of application. If this is not clear to the incompetents at bank of america, we are withdrawing, canceling, stopping our application to refinance. Got it?

Please do have some corporate moron contact me so they can fully document my dissatisfaction.
