Reduced Credit Limit With No Legitimate Reason Reduced credit limit, total $ owed is below 50%, outsourced jobs, reps (Philippines) haven't a clue

Today I received notice that Chase reduced my credit limit by 1/3.
They claim:
1. My balance grew too fast compared to crediti limit & time on file.
2. Too many open back cards with high balances.
3. Total available credit on bankcards is too low.

The reality:
1. My balance owed on this card was below 50% of the original credit limit including a recent $800 car repair, plus, I've had the account for at least 8 years.
2. I have open bank cards, but high balances, uhhh, no! I owe (d) under 50% or under on all of my cards total
3. My available credit is about 50%.

I'm pissed off!

My husband and I have no late payments on any account. We pay extra toward cards with the highest interest rate. We are actually saving money, and we have even put money into our vacation fund. We've been part of what has held this country together during the recession, and this is the this I get.

I called the number given on the letter, and come to find out that Chase, an American company, has outsourced their jobs to the Philippines. This means they are unable to help me in any way. They don't even have a link to the company in order to allow customers to talk with someone at the bank. Supervisors at the call center are there only to deal with rep problems.

So they gave me a general fax number and told me to send my bureau to Chase. Are they freaking kidding?!? And allow my SS# to be seen by everyone at Chase?!? Bottom line: Chase wants nothing to do with their customers. Slimy worms couldn't even sign the letter with a persons name.

I'm so sorry WaMu lost it. They were so wonderful to work with, and I never had to speak with an outsourced rep.

I don't get it, why are banks that were helped by American stimulus funds, nor any American company helped or not, in these hard times with over 10% of Americans so badly in need of jobs, allowed to outsource jobs that could help to stablize America's economy?
