This was my e-mail to Capital One that was virtually ignored?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this e-mail with the hope that someone will help me to resolve unauthorized charges on my credit card. I was issued credit and then recharged again. The two disputes I have are with the same company, however, under two different company names. I had to cancel my
credit card and submit documentation in regard to this matter. I did everything that I was supposed to do and I am still having some issues.
I have spent hours on the phone, and with some less than helpful Capital One representatives, each time I believed the issue had finally been resolved. This seems to never go away. I have always had a favorable
opinion of your company, but I have to admit that I am less than satisfied, recently. I hope that this e-mail falls into the right hands and that this can be resolved. I would suggest that you listen to the most recent conversation I had with one of your representatives (Kerry AQX647, as well as, his immediate supervisor.) and maybe, you will appreciate the level of frustration that I have experienced. My card number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx. I really appreciate anything that can be done.
