Lost work in January. Nevertheless checking up on funds but finding hard. Sent May 26 to request if any aid was feasible. Cost for May was created on May-23. The response which was received on May 27 mentioned they might just provide me a-one month miss cost. Since May cost had been created and published I thought that miss month was July.in July I went forward and created a fund only cost such that it wasn't included onto stability. It published 5 days after making payment online. Fresh declaration involved a late charge for underpayment. After I approached them I had been informed the miss month was for month that cost had been already created plus they were sorry for misunderstanding. Personally I think they established me-up for this late charge of $39. Why might I want aid for month that cost had been already created?
