SCAM. Here's the truth.
The $500 a week is a 6-month recoverable draw against commissions.
Here's the kicker:
To qualify to receive the draw, you must log 5,000 (YES, 5,000) cold-calls in only 4 weeks. That is 250 phone calls a day.
You also must close two 15-employee deals or greater per week on top of all those phone calls.
Oh wait...
On top of those phone calls, you must also do all the back-office work picking the payroll up, getting it ready for a first run, etc.
In essence, they are paying you $500 to fill their pipeline with however many leads you get thru and log onto THEIR Salesforce.com application.
