Like most people. This is one of the companies that make their money by deception. Im shocked to see that there were 421 entries against cic monitoring company. This is a rip off. My situation is almost identical to most of you. Call their number and demand a refund and they will give it to you. Don't let them get away with your 79.95 thats a full day at work for many people. They obviously heard many complaints before because they are giving out refunds, when you call and demand for it. I got my refund. And i say screw them. Those lousy $@#&^#$! @%&!!
