About a year ago this company bought our morgage. At first they were sending nasty debt collection letters. Befor our payments were even late. There billing statements have always been a month behind. That can get confusing.
Now, I was late on a couple months payments. Even though I sent the the late payment amount. They are charging something called unapplied balance. I tryed to find this in my original morgage agreement. And there
not correct in this extra charge. Every problem I have had with this company. I have called there customer service dept. Every time the reps. Were extremly rude.
This last time, The man talked to me like an Idiot. Befor this company took over, We never had a late payment. For 5 years. But since we've had 4 late payments. They say they don't get there on time. I don't believe them.
