I am filing a Complaint against Fairbanks Capital Corp, because I sent them an 1800 dollar payment to bring account up to date and then they filed forclosure papers on me and they sent my money back to me.
They charged me late fees of 300 dollars, and they never apply my monthly payments to the principal. They charge me for unpaid "other" fees, and other so called associated fees.
As a result, they forced me into filing bankruptcy (Chapter 13) to save my house.
