We believe Fairbanks Capital Corporation is fraudulently charging late fees (ours is $145)! Our payment is mailed in plenty of time, yet somehow, mysteriously, it takes 10 days in the mail to get from California to Arizona.
This has happened more than 5 times since our mortgage was transferred from Equicredit to Fairbanks! What a ripoff! What is going on??? What is our recourse???
