They said that we were months behind, saying the last payment we made the check we wrote them bounced, we told them we don't have a checking account to have written a bad check, we sent payment by Western Union. We even gave them the number on the Western Union payment, and they said they had no record of it that they only had a bad check, which is impossible because we didn't have a checking account.
So they sent us forclosure papers, and we were forced into Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
