Ridiculous "disclosures" online banking-fees

I popped my bill with Rental One in regards to a year-ago, and also have only issues since...

Charter One is certainly not really a customer-oriented bank, however they are certainly a charge and "disclosure" bank. Even if they've to grab your cash to obtain it!!!
