UPS brought me a package that I signed for yesterday. When I opened the box—I thought I opened someone elses package.in the box was 2 bag's of gourmet coffee bean's-2coffee mug's and 2 travel mug's. I called the 800 number on the box and told them I did not order the content's—there was no receipt in the box-I was told it was ordered with my credit card and the man gave me the last 4 number's on my card. I don't drink coffee&I was told 25.00 was charged to my account and I would get credit back. I then had to call my credit card co. To get a new card—I have to wait 10-17 day's for a new card now. This purchase was made over the internet—I will ck. With my bank tomorrow to see if I was credited the 25.00—if not—I will go to the BBB and make a claim. This is outrageous—going through all this trouble because someone illegally used my credit card—gee could it have been theSeattle Coffee direct Co.? Pissed off in Indiana.
