This business is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I've been attempting to use them since Feb to obtain on the cost strategy since I dropped my work in March and my spouse is self employed. Their reps are challenging to comprehend (the girl I talked to was within the Philappines!), they're rude and unhelpful. The only real consultant that provided me an acceptable cost strategy, requested me to put on on after which returned about the telephone simply to state she was mistaken and had provided me wrong info. I documented them towards the Better Business Institution as well as their reaction was that I had a need to visit the Customer Credit Counseling Support, to that we responded that I'd previously completed that which CCCS had recommended me to try and discuss a cost intend on my own personal. I replied by stating when can offer me exactly the same strategy the CCCS provided me, ($75/mo minute cost and 7.5% attention) that I'd go. I never obtained an answer from their store, that the BBB stated was an answer by itself. My partner exposed this card along with 5 additional charge cards that we wasn't conscious of and what I came across was that of another credit card issuers were easier to work well with, many really providing me per cent attention and reduced minimum obligations. Juniper Credit had the cheapest stability but was probably the most challenging to work well with. I've found ease in studying others's grievances on the internet about that organization, but anything should be completed about their bad business methods. And pity on Apple for hooking-up together, that will be possibly how this clutter in my own life started.
