We recently experimented with Refinance our mortgage. We were informed it'd be considered a lengthy procedure and we were okay with that. At our first assembly, we were informed we were pre-approved, we supplied them with each and every bit of paperwork they requested for, we were secured in to a price, after which we waited and waited. I sent and telephone them for more than 6 months, contantly being informed they havenot gotten any info and they were supported with loans. I eventually named to inform them that I required a solution and that I was informed nonchalantly our mortgage have been refused! Refused! After a few months and my continuous calling, I'm nonchalanly informed that people were refused due to bankruptcy that people were informed could be not a problem. The support was terrible and that I am shocked that I invested all of this moment thinking we were authorized, simply to be informed we weren't AFTER A FEW MONTHS!
