Complaint / Review
Patron Estates, Paul Sukhol
Never closed Cost our group $25,000.00

A few months back I met Paul (over the phone) At the time Paul stated he was looking for multi million dollar properties that could be picked up near 50% of their value. I brought Paul 2 properties. One home did not meet the requirements. The other home was a 6 million dollar home in Texas. Unfortunately the home was also listed with a real estate agent. The seller at the time had stated that they were already in the process of removing the Agent.

The seller brought in a set of attorneys to look out for their best interest and to insure everyone was on the up and up. The agents where never removed but everyone came to an agreement. At this time the final purchase agreement was signed by all parties.in the agreement it was stated that Patron estates would close on this house within 30 days. Part of the agreement stated that Patron would place 300K in escrow. Paul refused to place the money into a well known 3rd party company. He claimed he only trust his own company. This was our first warning sign but the seller still chose to move forward.

I spoke with Paul on the phone and asked him when he planned on closing. He stated "the middle of next week we'll be done" the middle of the next week came and he stated he was waiting on title work and it will be the fallowing week. So now we're almost 3 weeks into the contract for a "cash deal" and I try getting Paul on the phone. No answer for 2 days. No body at his office tells us anything. The day before closing Paul text me and says he's been at the hospital for family. After being kept in the dark for almost a week we don't know if this is true or not.

A few more days go by an we here nothing from him. Every time we call the office they act as if he's in until he finds out who's calling. Once they find out it's us they state he's out, he's in a meeting or he's on the phone.By now we're a week out of the contract and nobody has heard from Paul.

I'm not a cold guy but I didn't know if he was just scamming us or if someone was truly in the hospital. So i decided to wait 2 more weeks. During this time we heard nothing. So I get a little frustrated. I call his office again this time the assistant says he's on the phone. She ask for me to leave a message. After weeks of no returned calls I said I'll wait on hold. About a minute later I was disconnected. I called back and another assistant said he wasn't there. So I sent Paul this text

"Paul Call me. If I don't hear from you I'm just going to assume you're a flake and a fake. So that this doesn't happen to someone else I'll make sure that when people google your name or company they'll know how this deal was handled"

Well that got his attention. It took less than minute for him to call me. He came at me with his alpha male attack and basically told me to f*^* Off. He said he'll close on the deal when he gets to it. Then he told me the family member died. I can't trust the guy so I don't know if this true or not. I decided to wait 2 weeks before I wrote this post for that reason. Just before I wrote this I noticed a posing from Paul on June 11th about how their company is growing. He's been back at work for at least 9 days and none of us have heard from him.

I cannot prove that he doesn't have the money he claims to have but he cost us $25,000 in cost trough out this deal. And of course the escrow money won't be sent to the seller.

Don't spend your money until he's at the closing table, or just don't waist your time.
