Paul at ebay ID Azurean_enteprises tells his customers that the 40% commission he charges takes care of everything: ebay fees, shipping, pachaging ect.
The scam works when he doesn't tell the seller, that he charges the buyer huge shipping fees.
For example, A small item that shouold cost 10$ to ship may cost the seller 50$ so that the selling price is then reduced. Paul gets the full shipping fee, $50, and then he further charges the Seller an additional 40% commission.
On a 100$ sale Paul yeilds 75$ to seller 25$. Any information to find his real name and address is much appreciated.
