Paul Cummings did not pay our bill. We did work at his home and he told us he would "send a check." However, He said he would only pay for part or none of the bill. We are a small company and cannot afford to do work for free. He was nice to us the day we left. However, two weeks later, he has stated he will not pay his bill and has created bogus complaints about our work.
Be warned. He will be nice to your face... Then, perhaps no payment.
