I don't know if I am being ripped off, but I can not get a real person to talk to about my account. I am a cancer patient that has been put on medical disability and my payment date needs to be changed so I am not late with payment and don't mess up my excellent credit rating. I have several 800 numbers and none of them will give you a real person to talk with.

The list that they give you to choose from says if you select #7 you can talk with a customer service rep. Then you are disconnected. My card came from Speigel so I am not sure about whether they are going to charge my account the $59.00, which in my opinion they should not, and they have given me a different address to write to on each 800 number that I have for them. What should I do?
