Premier Global Financing
I just want to know if anyone with bad personal credit has ever done business with them so I can be sure they are legit

I have been qualified for a 10000 personal loan if I first wire 1100 to them for collateral. Is the ok??? Has this company ever " taken the money and run" leaving the person ever further in the hole then they already are?
