Making calls about a payay loan that they state is still due they are threatening to have me charge with fraud

I have been receiving calls from this company SFI stating i owe for a payday loan they are not willing to provide thier email address or a main number for them they have different numbers first it was a number starting with 202 then the guy which he says his name is david smith give me a 360 2050092 number. I asked for them to send me something in writing and they refused saying they do not have to. They have all my information but I have nothing on them. They gave me two different mailing addresses and stated i can only make payment with a debit or credit card. I gave them one payment and they started in on the next day calling me. I am filing a complaint with my county Attorney General office and will be trying to locate a lawyer to file a suit. They do not stop calling they all atleast ten times a day i started forwarding my calls to my voicemail and they all sound the same thie
