I was contacted by Rob of Prime One Benefits on Spetember 23 and was told that I was eligible for a guaranteed unsecured Visa with a credit limit of $1,000.00.
They wanted to deduct $187.00 from my checking account and I agreed to that and they told me that they would send a card out to me. I never received a card, but I did recieve a package with documents in it but no instructions.
When I finally called back they said I needed to fill out the application and I did and sent it back. I never heard or received anything, so I called again and was told that they had my application and they would process it.
I finally after a year and a half received a print out off the internet for a secured credit card and when I called and told them that that was not what I was promised and I wanted a refund, I was told that I missed the refund period, which I was never informed of and that there was no way I would get a refund. This is the biggest scam and I am going to do everything in my power to shut this company down.
