Is deceitful with hits customers, unfair business dealings and practices dishonest, only reports one side of conversation (theirs) in file notes, unfair business practices, unauthorized debits from bank account

Due to emergency weather conditions in the Spokane, Washington area, I missed job opportunities and fell behind about one month in loan payments. I initiated contact with AMERICREDIT by phone to arrange a deferment plan. They stated my account notes indicated I was making partial payments, and that my auto loan was in default, and therefore the vehicle was on the repo list. When I explained I had not made any "partial" payments, and asked them for an accounting as I believed I was only one month behind, I was put through to a very hostile apparently "collection" type personality who kept talking over me when I kept insisting on a formal accounting to be faxed to me. She finally indicated she could not fax me anything, but needed to mail it instead. I stated I needed it right away, but to no avail. She stated that I would not pay any payments until I was aware of how they were applying the payments to my account. Even though they refused to provide an immediate accounting, she stated then that I needed to immediately turn over the vehicle to them. I stated I would not turn over my vehicle until I saw an accounting from them. She kept threatening that I needed to turn over the vehicle immediately. Finally, I decided to phone back and get someone else on the line. I was able to negotiate a deferred payment which was to be presented to my bank on June 2 as I advised AMERICREDIT that a deposit would not be made until that time. I kept insisting on a June 2 date for presentment of the speed pay payment. Americredit presented the payment on June 1, instead of June 2nd, which resulted in numerous courtesy pay overdraft charges to my account. AMERICREDIT was not honest in their business dealings, when I phoned them and I believe deliberately misled me with their unfair business practices. 2 debits from Americredit, totaling $280.00, were supposed to have presented on June 2 and not June 1. I had agreed to speed pay with Americredit only if the speed pay withdrawal was presented on June 2. This unauthorized action taken on their part resulted in damages for me, which will now make my next payment I am trying to catch up on untimely as well to them. Again, my auto will likely be "on their repo" list. Americredit is less than honest to deal with and heavy-handed not to mention discourteous to its customers.By the way, what action can be taken against AMERICREDIT and through what state agency in Washington State AND/OR federal agency? Does anyone know? Thanks.
