I was contacted by mst financial services to work for them as a closer.
I did the Interview with a gentleman called Lee who is the husband of the owner Michelle Tucker. Lee was a nice guy, we had a great interview.
I Quit my currrent job to start with mst financial and I lost all my benefits when I moved.
At the inteview they promessed me $10/hour plus commission as a closer.
The first day I started, I realized that they start you as a fronter, In other words, a telemarketer. They actually gives a carrot and a stick.
In their add they stated the the closer will receive outbound calls whith plenty of leads!
But the realty was very different. We were asked to make 125 calls a day to very old leads. They litterally pushed us to harrass the people we call. A person will receive an average of 14 calls. So we're very far from taking a lot of outbound calls. The max ammount of incoming calls per day would be 5-6 calls per agent.
Now, on the radio add, they say call us and we will send you free information to your home, that wasn't truth. We had to collect a max of financial info and pass them to the closers so they can work with them. If the caller did ask a question, we were not supposed to answer them, If we did, It was a nonnegociable.
They said that they werent' like collection agencies, but they bought debts from the collection agencies and settle them with the debitors.
I received a poor training about their software, the third day, I received my first warning to hit my numbers. Weired, As a sales consultant I have always topped with the first 20%.
A week later, i was accused of playing online games while working and not hitting my call volume (125 day). I told them that I need a week or two norder to get used with their miserable CRM, And I will hit their numbers with confidence no matter what!
But I refuse to admitt playing online games at work because it was a lie. I don not even know what game to play and or how to play. I don't have a playstation at home or any time of online games. I am simply not into computer games.
Then Michelle Tucker, the owner, sent me an agent telling me That I was terminated. Oh my god, I just quit my previous company, lost all my benefits, seniority, came to them with the best intention. Fully motivated, and this is their feed back. (this is the perfect picture of the stick and the carrot) (I am going to pressurize you by making a lot of calls and giving promesses, once you are burnt out, They will just get a rid of you and hire another victime.
Anyway, Michelle Tucker made her decision in less than 5 seconds based on an emotional reaction. I left the company then without arguing or saying anything. They did not ebven made sign a doc, they just walked me out like If I was a thief.
I came back the next day to pick my check, then went to the bank and dropped it.
A couple days later, my paycheck was stopped by michelle tucker. I called the company later to see what's happening! They told me that Michelle Tucker, the owner, decided to put my salary to the minimum wage for no reason, no justification. I tried to get a hold of her but she's in holidays.
Until now, I have not being paid by Mst financial services, not only she cut my salary for no reason whis is illegal, she's has not paid me yet.
I have not gotten in any type of dispute with anyone there. I have always being appreciated by my bosses until I met this thief () Michelle Tucker at Mst financial.
Now, I am going to raise a legal action against Michelle Tucker and MST financial. I feel unjustice and frustration. It's an akward feeling when you get oppressed or harassed by somebody that pocesses power and money, for no evident reason unless if she's racist because I am not 100% white
I won't let it go this time and I will see her in court. I am lloking for an employment attorney.
My advice to you guys, do not work for mst financial or Michelle Tucker, they will treat you bad and rip you off.
