This comany took over my mortgage from Fleet (another winner, same original address). They never sent mortgage statements even after literally hours on the phone with the rudest customer service imaginable.
When I fell behind for lack of a mailing address or statement, I was forced to send My payments western union. After two months of this, I was politely informed by Western Union to come pick up money that was refused by the addresse.
I am now in default with another several thousand dollars in Foreclosure attorney fees. The company refused to workout any type of repayment plan and sent my property into foreclosure. With no means to repay all this money at once I was forced into Bankruptcy to keep my home, which by the way had $45,000 in equity before this fiasco.
I can only pray that someone with the means will file a class action suit, Sign me UP. This company needs to be investigated and GO DOWN HARD!
