Ripoff, debited account after cancellation, promised refund and did not refund consumer fraud ripoff

Freedom Resourse called to sell credit card, I accepted, my husband said no. Called to cancel, busy signal for 1 month.

Debited account for $221.95, thinking it was stopped by bank. Caused me to bounce checks 19 dsays before Christmas. Called the company and was promised a refund of purchase price.

Six times, promised a refund, never happened.
Now when I call the phone number all I get is dead air.

I wand my money back.
