Unethical business practice

This type of person outright scoundrels! They've bothered my mom, my bad grandma, AS WELL AS OUR ex wife! They've no to contact these folks to go over a debt-collection! It is a disgrace my student financial institution declined to work well with me through my financial difficulty and offered my debt to these creeps.
