Dell Financial Say they sent me a statement dated APr 18, which I never received, I received a call on May 19 th that I have a payment due, So I log in to my online account and see there are 2 statements one from Apr 13 and one May 13 none of which I received at all, I had made a purchase of 69.45 which was due payment in Apr 13 statement, In May they added 11.32 more as it was not paid how will I pay if don't receive any statement from Dell I called and tried to speak to Supervisor but they will say supervisor can not do anything you have to pay every thing I told them I am willing to pay 69.45, I don't want pay late charges as I never received any payment they will not listen
Guys stay away from DFS, never use their services they are rip of, rude customer service
