Nowadays I receved a phone from lender of America in the card companies department. The consultant was calling my mobile phone seeking to keep in touch with somebody otherwise, and so I told him he'd the incorrect quantity, he got really annoyed and started asking me easily speak inglish and he was stating this really is america, I experienced desrespected and hang up the phone, exactly the same repetition contact me about 4 more times yelling "white energy" I hold up again and chose to cantact a supervisor, after contacting 5 times and detailing my scenario both customer support representatives and supervisors hold up on me many times, I named another departament and that I a manager took my Criticism.
